Cheddar’s Casual Café Opens at Magnolia Park.
Menin
Development, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of leading multi-concept
“classic American” dining restaurant Cheddar’s Casual Café at Magnolia
Park in Greenville, South Carolina. Cheddar’s signed a new 10-year lease
earlier this year and now occupies an 8,000 SF newly constructed free-standing
restaurant building. The building directly fronts Woodruff Road, the dominant
commercial corridor in Upstate South Carolina. According to Marc Yavinsky,
Executive Vice President of Menin Development, Cheddar’s Casual Café is
a perfect fit for Magnolia Park.
