multi-concept “classic American” dining restaurant Cheddarís
Casual Café at Magnolia Park in Greenville, South Carolina.
Cheddarís signed a new 10-year lease earlier this year and
now occupies an 8,000 SF newly constructed free-standing
restaurant building. The building directly fronts Woodruff
Road, the dominant commercial corridor in Upstate South Carolina.
According to Marc Yavinsky, Executive Vice President of Menin
Development, Cheddarís Casual Café is a perfect fit for Magnolia
Park, “Cheddar’s Casual Café Inc. is a proven restaurant
owner and operator with over 80 restaurants in 20 states.
The addition of Cheddarís to Magnolia Park will enhance the
projectís existing co-tenancy and further solidify the redevelopment
and expansion of Magnolia Park.”
Magnolia Park is located off Woodruff Road at the intersection of I-85 and I-385. Existing anchors include Regal Theaters, Sports Authority, Costco, Rooms To Go, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy.
