Grimaldi’s Winter Fire & Frost Menu
February is the last month of our seasonal Fire & Frost Menu, where you can enjoy a new seasonal pizza and dessert along with some favorites from our previous Winter menu. Items on the Fire & Frost menu include:
• Spinach Pecan Salad
Fresh spinach topped with house-made candied pecans, dried cherries, red onions and goat cheese, tossed in Grimaldi’s house dressing.
• Chicken Alla Vodka Pizza
Coal brick-oven crust with chicken, onions, mozzarella, fresh basil and our house-blended tomato cream sauce.
• Chocolate Cannoli
Crispy, rolled, fried pastry shell dipped in chocolate and filled with sweet ricotta cheese and chocolate chips, finished with powdered sugar and more chocolate chips.
• Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake
Creamy vanilla cheesecake with chunks of Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cups. Garnished with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
• Seasonal Non-Alcoholic Flavor
Blood Orange Italian Soda, Iced Tea and Lemonade.
• Holiday Sangria
Beso Del Sol® Red Sangria shaken with the festive flavors of Monin Pomegranate and Blood Orange and served over ice with an orange wheel.
• Cranberry Winter Mule
Deep Eddy Cranberry Vodka, Monin Blood Orange Purée and fresh lime juice shaken, topped with ginger beer and served over ice with an orange wheel.
• Blood Orange Spritz
Square One Bergamot Vodka, Monin Blood Orange Purée and fresh lemon juice shaken, topped with La Marca Prosecco and served over ice with an orange wheel.
